Stylish How To: White After Labor Day

I am normally a huge advocate of no white after Labor Day, but since this random heat wave decided to hit LA and give us triple digit temperatures, I figured I would make an exception. I am a huge fan of white shorts, they can really be dressed up or down and my outfit yesterday really proved that you can go either way with white shorts. You might remember the awesome pair of Sam Edelman wedges I got at Nordstrom Rack last fall, an and I have yet to find the right outfit to wear them with, but as I was getting dressed yesterday it came to me. I usually don't mix and match brown but I am breaking the rules. I chose to pair this adorable top I got from Nordstrom and my favorite white shorts with the infamous wedges and accessorized it up with a necklace from one of the lines that is sold in the showroom I work at. Take a look below, I think this is a how to of wearing white after Labor Day!
