Stylish LA Hiking Experience

This past weekend was one of the most fun weekends I have had in LA for a really long time. I had been hiking before in Malibu but had been craving to hike into the Hollywood Hills for months. I finally got to do it Saturday with a dear friend and I must say it was AMAZING. It's the perfect hiking distance, 3.6 miles round trip, and it was a BEAUTIFUL day in SoCal, 75 degrees to be exact, which made for the perfect hiking expierence. When we made it to the top of the mountain, it was seriously like so peaceful even tho there were tons of people around. Seeing he beautiful view of the city made me more sure than ever I am living in the right place and while I might be having a rocky time, its only going to get better! I recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE doing this hike if they come to LA or live here! Bronson Canyon is the best! AMAZING weekend after such a rough week! Check out my pictures from the hike below!

Stylish Trend: Heart Graphic

While I might not be a huge fan of Valentine's Day (I believe its just a day for Hallmark to make money), I am a lover of all things pink and girly. As I was reading my monthly fashion magazines, an overwhelming trend I saw was the heart graphic on EVERYTHING from clothing to accessories. Even some celebrities have jumped on the heart trend and are sporting huge hearts on tees and tanks. I decided to shop around at a few places and see what other items were heart there with this heart graphic and I narrowed it down to these. What do you think of this trend?

Stylish iPhone Cases

I have had my iPhone for almost 3 months now and I still am trying to figure out how I lived without it for so long! Unlike Blackberry, iPhone cases are more common and while I bought an adorable Kate Spade polka dot one when I bought my phone, I am feeling the urge to upgrade to something new for Spring. A Stylish Happy Birthday....

If you didn't know by now, I am EXTREMELY close with my younger sister and am thrilled that we finally live in the same time zone after almost 4 years of living too far! Today is my sister's 19th birthday and I literally can't believe how fast time has flown. I feel like just yesterday I was writing the post about her 18th birthday and saying how it was crazy she was about to graduate high school, and now she is almost done with her first semester of college! I got to celebrate with her this past weekend and while it might have been a rainy weekend, getting some much needed sister time was awesome! Happy 19th Birthday Marisa! I love you and know that you will make this year better than ever!

I love you sissy more than words will ever explain! Enjoy the last years of being a "teen" hehe

I found out yesterday that I will traveling to Hawaii at the end of March for a much needed beach vacation. Of course the first thing I thought about was "OMG I need to get to the gym and get shopping" As I was going through my daily fashion reads, I came across Mara Hoffman's Spring/Summer 2012 Swimwear line and got SO excited at the Cuban inspired collection and HAD to share it with my readers! Stylish Recap: 2012 Sundance Film Festival

If you recall this time last year, we were introduced to the infamous Olsen sister Elizabeth Olsen when she  showed up at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival to promote 2 of her films. Well this past Thursday, Sundance 2012 began and of course while it might be freezing cold and snowing, our favorite stars were out in all their stylish and fashionable glory! Stylish Spring 2012 Fashion Campaigns

I know I have been MIA and I feel terrible about it. Without making this post sound like a "woe is me" post, I ended up losing my job and have been on the hunt for a new one, thus making my blogging inspiration slim to none. Every time I sit down and try to write a post I go blank and nothing comes up worthy of posting, but I am working as hard as I can to get past this bump in the road, and get back to my old self. So on a happy note I thought a great post would be all my favorite fashion brands and their latest Spring campaigns.
