Everything is just better in California....

So many of you know that I am California girl at heart, and was born and raised there until my dad's job moved us to Houston. California is very close to my heart and its the place where I truly feel at home and I feel content in my life when I am there. I am lucky enough to visit it next weekend for a long weekend with my best girlfriend and I literally can't wait to breathe the salty beach air and shop at my favorite shops in Los Angeles! So I decided to share some of my favorite stops in So Cal that I feel are a must when you are in the city of angels!

Melrose Ave- located in the heart of Hollywood is a celebrity hot spot and home none other than Paramount Pictures which I beleive is in my heritage! You can also visit Fred Segal, Kitson LA, many couture designers and of course the famous Improv comedy hotspot! Melrose is a must see in L.A. and is one of my favorite spots!

Rodeo Drive- Now well all know I couldn't leave out the most famous shopping street in Beverly Hills, and while I may not be able to afford anything on this street, I can certainly lust over the amazing fashion houses located there. All you have to do is drive by and you will most likely see a dozen celebrities shopping at their favorite stores!

South Coast Plaza- This is probably the most amazing mall I have ever been to and it has just about every store you could ever imagine and it is located in gorgeous Costa Mesa! A fun fact is that it is the third largest mall in the country and is over 2.6 million square feet! A must see there is Wahoo Fish Taco's for the best tacos in town!

The Grove- I saved the best for last. The Grove is my favorite mall I have ever been too, and I have been to many many malls so that is saying alot! The Grove was built after the famous Farmer's Market was built and has so many amazing places to shop. It is located in the heart of Los Angeles, on Fairfax Ave. What I love about this place is in the winter time, they bring in fake snow that falls through the night and the famous Grove Christmas Tree that is beyond gorgeous! Every time I visit California I insist on shopping at The Grove no matter what! They have the west coast flagship store of Abercrombie and Fitch as well as Nordstrom, J Crew, Francesca's and so many more wonderful stores! If you visit you must go to the farmer's market and get a corned beef sandwich on rye, you will die! It is heaven!

So there you have it the must have shopping in Southern California where you will for sure be the ultimate stylelista!

Until next time... Live Stylishly
