SoCal is expected to have a major rainstorm this week, I mean rain every single day this week is predicted. Living in SoCal, owning a jacket heavier than a sweater or a leather jacket isn't really necessary and in my case a jacket that actually has a hood to protect my from getting soaked. (yes is it crazy to you that I own no jacket with a hood!?) However since it hasn't hit above 70 degrees in the past few weeks and has rained multiple times, its been majorly necessary. Since it isn't cold for that long I don't want to spend a ton of money on a super heavy coat because it will just sit in my closet, so I scoured the web for cozy coats under $75!
