I am always on the hunt for new jewelry lines, since I love to add to my growing collection. When I received an email from one of my favorite PR people, Shae, about a jewelry line I was more than excited! Introducing Whitley Designs. A jewelry line created by two sisters from California. Designed by sisters Whitney and Hayley Stevens, WHITLEYdesigns is a handcrafted jewelry line based in San Francisco, CA. The collection of jewels includes bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings, bobby pins, and solo vintage pieces, which are one of a kind, reclaimed pieces that were discovered at flea markets and reinvented. Additionally, clients can customize pieces, choosing from WHITLEYdesigns' beautiful selection of colorful charms, modern initials, as well as initial and zodiac discs. The line was conceptualized by California-born Whitney and Hayley as they lived on opposite coasts of the country, bonded by their long-time love of making jewelry and dream of eventually starting a collection of their own. Now reunited back in San Francisco, Whitney and Hayley are able to meld their respective interests and experiences into one unique line of jewelry that appeals to women of all ages. Whitney, a practicing attorney, draws inspiration from her daily life - creating refined, classic pieces. Hayley, a free-spirited artist, pushes the designs in a stylish, innovative, and forward thinking direction. Ultimately, they have created a versatile array of jewelry, with pieces that layer beautifully and transition easily from day to night. Just as WHITLEYdesigns is a hybrid of their names, Whitley jewelry reflects the confluence of two unique design aesthetics.
