Stylish Experience: Homemade Enchiladas

I had a very exciting weekend! I got the opportunity to model for a 1920's vintage photo shoot for one of my friends (stay tuned for a post on that tomorrow!), have a fun filled girls night with my 2 best girlfriends, and I ended the weekend by making homemade enchiladas! Yes you heard right, HOMEMADE enchiladas and I cooked them! While cooking may not be my first choice of activities, I took on the challenge since I am having a friend stay with me and I wanted to make a meal that I normally wouldn't make for one person! I started by finding a recipe online, and decided upon Food Network chef Tyler Florence's recipes plus a few tips from my mom's own amazing recipe! I was a little nervous I will admit but it turned out way better than I expected and they were delicious! I of course documented my stylish experience in the kitchen!
seasoning the chicken breasts
cooked chicken with stewed tomatoes, onions, garlic gloves and corn
preparing the pan to make the enchiladas!
cook for 20 minutes
garnish with cilantro and tomatoes and viola! homemade chicken enchiladas!

Check out the recipe here

Until next time... Live Stylishly
