Long Live McQueen....

So as all you stylelistas know that last week was New York fashion week and of you are anything like me that was my superbowl week! From the tragic news of Alexander McQueen passing that didn't stop Betsey Johnson and other designers to honor the late designer in their collections. Betsey Johnson has been one of my favorite designers for as long as I can remember and this fashion week she yet again amazed me with her unique sense of fashion. I got the opportunity to watch the Marc Jacobs show live via his website and I was reminded of why I love fashion and how I can't wait to be able attend a show myself one day. From the somewhere over the rainbow playing in the background to the monochromatic color scheme on the models, it was all about classic looks this season for Marc Jacobs. I even think I may have seen Alice in Wonderland pop on there check this out! A lady even came into my work telling me she worked for BCBG and was amazed at all the amazing designers!

Neutrals was seen over and over which was predicted to be seen. From basic tops to nude colored dresses simple yet elegant is the theme I have taken so far. London fashion week is already happening and Paris fashion week is right around the corner so I can't wait to see what my other favorite designers have in store!

So until next time live stylishly.
