Stylish Outfit: Beach Curls and White Midi Dress

Dress: Lulu's (very similar strapless version) // Denim Jacket: c/o Deb Shops (similar) //  Shoes: Sam Edelman // Purse: Rebecca Minkoff // Necklace: c/o Deb Shops (similar) // Watch: Nordstrom // Beach Waves: Beachwaver S1 c/o Ulta Beauty // Lip Color: c/o Elf Cosmetics

So I will let you all in on a little secret about me.... I am TERRIBLE with curling irons. For some reason I lose all ability to curl and my hair ends up looking like a frizz ball with crimped ends and just flat out bad curls. I have naturally wavy hair but it sometimes look more like a mess than beach waves, so I am always up to try a new curling tool that is easy and won't be a disaster. I was so excited when I was sent this Beachwaver S1 from Ulta Beauty and when I saw it automatically rotates I was sold. I had my sister help me as she is the pro of curling irons and hair but after one try I had it down to a tee. You basically seperate your hair into pieces, place the 1 inch section of hair into the wand, push the arrow and bam, a curl in 3-4 seconds. I thought it would be perfect to pair with a white midi dress (who care if its after Labor Day) and go for the southern theme. I picked up this dress from Lulu's back in September for, wait for it, 8 bucks and paired it with my new obsession, my Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAB tote. I love this midi dress because during the cooler months you can pair it with a jacket and booties and then for the summer you can wear it alone since its backless and isn't too thick for warm temperatures but thick enough for SoCal winters!  I for see this dress being a must all year round! Hope everyone had a stylish weekend! Thanks again to my sissy for taking these amazing pictures!

So until next time.... Live Stylishly
