March Stylish Girl of the Month: Olivia Wilde

 from left to right:

Olivia is definitely a lover of black dresses, and is so chic in this Gucci black gown.
I love this black and white Dolce and Gabbana dress Olivia wore

I can't believe that March is already coming to a close. Each month moves quicker and quicker! Of course the end of the month means its time to pick the girl that I feel was the most stylish girl of the month and while I feel like I have picked every stylish girl I could think of, after some brainstorming I picked yet another fabulous and stylish girl.  While this girl will always be the girl who Marissa Cooper kissed on The OC, Olivia Wilde has made quite a name for herself since her OC days, Olivia Wilde has been married to a prince, divorced, and is now engaged to the hilarious Jason Sudeikis. Along with being high powered actress, Olivia is quite the stylelista and is always so glamorous wherever she goes and always so well put together, which makes her a perfect pick for SGOTM. Check her out in this month's The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.
What is your favorite look on Olivia?

Stylish Easter Dresses Under $100

Easter Dresses
Growing up Easter always meant I got to wear my prettiest dress and search for eggs filled with candy with all of my cousins! As as adult, some things have changed but I still get excited that its a reason to buy a new springtime dress and feel extra girly! Since Easter is this Sunday and while I don't think I will be searching for eggs filled with candy but I will be attending church and hopefully eating some yummy food! I decided to find some dresses that won't break the bank but you can be sure to feel extra girly in them!
What dress are you wearing for Easter?

While I was at the beach house a few weeks back it wasn't as warm as I had hoped but I definitely needed to wear these green pants that I am in love with! (the fact that it was St. Patty's Day might have had a little bit to do with it) I love this scarf that Micky London sent me and its so beyond perfect for spring, the digital print is so in trend too! I of course am wearing one of my favorite LAmade tee's, its so soft and comfy and paired them with ShoeMint booties that Bollare sent me last fall! Perfect spring look for a bit of a chillier day! Thanks to my boyfriend for taking these photos!

Stylish Spring Trend East to West Coast: Stripes ft. GirlAvantGarde

Courtney's Outfit:
Tunic worn as top c/o Lulus.com
Skirt: Forever21
Coat: Banana Republic
Bag: Mary Nichols
I am SO excited about today's blog post! Not only is today the first day of spring but its also the day I get to introduce one of my favorite bloggers and a friend of mine, Courtney of GirlAvantGarde. I me her last fall at Lucky Fabb and have been a follower of her blog ever since! Courtney lives in one of my favorite cities, NYC, where she is in law school and is stylish as ever! We decided to team up because trends translate so differently across the country and since we live on opposite ends we thought we would show how a huge spring trend differs east to west coast. It's amazing how a simple trend of stripes can really differ city to city, and Courtney and I's styling of stripes completely proves that. Definitely check out Courtney's blog and see her full striped outfit post! Thanks again to Courtney for this wonderful collaboration!

A Stylish Happy 25th Anniversary to My Parents

Two of the most important people in my life celebrate a monumental day today, it's my parents 25th wedding anniversary. I only hope that one day I will get to be as in love as my parents are today. They are the most sold couple I have ever met and I strive to be like them in my future relationshiops. I wish I could be there to give both of them a kiss but I am blowing them both kisses from SoCal! I love you both Mom and Dad and couldn't be more blessed to have amazing parents like you!

Stylish Giveaway: HP #WakeUpYourWalls $50 Gift Card

pictures credit HP and Porter Novelli
When I was contacted by Porter Novelli and got the invite to an exclusive party with HP and interior designer Genevieve Gorder, I was so bummed I couldn't go! While I am secretly an HGTV addict and watch Design Star all the time, I was so sad I couldn't meet her but my friend Sylvia over at Porter Novelli made sure I didn't miss the party by sending me some awesome goodies from the event. (see above pictures!)

The event was centered around HP's new Photo Wall Decor products and their Wake Up Your Walls sweepstakes, where you can enter to win a $1000 home makeover by Genevieve herself! I am personally photo obsessed and as I have used my pictures to make a photo canvas (remember this post!?), but these wall canvas pictures are even better because you can literally make an entire wall out of pictures in whatever design you want and its so inexpensive! You can basically get whatever picture or scanned photo you want printed at any of these locations in a ton of different sizes and they are ready to hang up instantly! Its the perfect way to personalize your house or apartment without spending a lot of money, which we all know I love!

So here comes the good part. My friends over at HP and Porter Novelli are giving TWO lucky Stylelista Confessions readers a $50 gift card to Walmart where you can get your pictures printed the same day in any size you want! Prints start as low as 8 bucks and go up depending on size. So use the rafflecopter below to enter to win $50 towards redesigning your house just in time for spring! I will announce the winner a week from today! Good Luck!!

Stylish Swimsuits Under $100

from left to right:
J. Crew (set) $90
J.Crew (set) $94
Madewell (set) $83
Target (set) $25
While living in SoCal enables me to wear a bikini more often than most cities throughout the year, I still am itching to add more to my collection, especially since I am loving printed bikinis instead of my go to solid colored ones. I hate spending alot of money on bathing suits especially because I buy so many of them so I went on the search for cute stylish bikinis that were under $100 and found these four great options!

Stylish Spring 2013 Trend: Dip Dye

Dip Dye
1 // 2 // 3 // 4 // 5
While I never thought I would ever like anything tie dye related, I am sort of obsessed with the dip dye trend that is being seen everywhere. I love ombre so I can kind of see why I am loving anything dip dyed. This is a trend that can go VERY wrong if not worn the right way. I scoured my favorite stores for dip dyed pieces that are perfect for any stylish girls wardrobe!
What is your favorite dip dyed piece you have come across?

Stylish Review: Evolve Protein Shakes

Staying healthy is super important to me and keeps me feeling stylish but being a busy working gal, its hard to always have the energy to go to the gym and workout. When a friend of mine came to me and told me about this awesome protein drink for women, I knew I had to try it!  Introducing Evolve by Muscle Milk (yes that Muscle Milk) This yummy protein shake comes in 5 fabulous flavors (chocolate, mixed berry, cafe latte, strawberry, and vanilla creme) and is really good! I definitely need a pick me up halfway through my day and its the perfect go to drink, without all the added sugars and such. I have tried the Chocolate (my favorite) and mixed berry, but I am looking forward to trying the 3 other flavors as well

Here is what these drinks really contain:
+ 12 g protein and 110 calories per carton (8.25 fluid ounces)
+ Naturally flavored
+ Sweetened with stevia, monk fruit and cane sugar
+ Tonalin CLA for reducing body fat
+ Gluten & lactose Free
+ Excellent source of 20 vitamins & minerals
+ Excellent source of fiber
Definitely go pick up this drink, its totally worth it and totally stylelista approved! Here is where you can buy it!
Have a stylish weekend!
