Stylish Awards Show Recap: 2012 People's Choice Awards

While I might be having a terrible week, last night cheered me up slightly when the 2012 awards season began with none other than the People's Choice Awards. This year the shindig was hosted by the adorable Kaley Cuoco, whom I am realizing more and more is becoming quite the style icon (SGOTM pick possibly?) The overwhelming trend of the evening was definitely SPARKLE! Lots of sequins and lots of shimmer, made me feel like I was in Vegas all over again hehe! Check out some of my favorite dressed below and my pick for best dressed of the night!

My best dressed of the evening goes to the gorgeous Julianne Hough. While she could wear a plastic bag and look good, she outshined the rest in this sparkly long sleeve backless gown by Rafael Cennamo. I would kill to have that body!
