I am going to Vegas, two weeks from today, for a girlfriend's 21st birthday and I think Vegas is one of the only places that it's acceptable to wear sparkle and glitter all year round! You can never have to much glitz and glam when visiting Vegas, so instead of waiting for the holiday's to bring out my shimmer, I am going to go all out in Vegas.
